Legal framework
Embbers processes personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
Data collected
This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no advertising trackers. The only information processed is emails received at our contact addresses (kept for the time needed to process your request) and a temporary local item (sessionStorage) that remembers the dismissal of the announcement banner, kept only for the duration of your browsing session.
Legal basis
Processing of contact emails relies on the execution of pre-contractual measures (Article 6.1.b GDPR) or on the legitimate interest in responding (Article 6.1.f GDPR), depending on the request.
Retention period
Contact emails: 12 months maximum, unless a contractual relationship extends that period. No other data is automatically retained by Embbers.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise these rights: legal@embbers.com. In case of dispute, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Data transfers
The data collected is hosted within the European Union (OVH SAS servers, France). No transfer to a third country takes place.
Security
Communications with this site are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Data submitted via forms is stored on servers located within the European Union, accessible only to authorised personnel of EMBBERS SOLUTIONS S.L. No automated processing is applied to the data collected beyond its transmission by email.
